1. Experience of running various campaigns to advocate and lobby for increased representation of women leaders in all electoral processes from major political parties of Nepal.
2. Experience of working as a resource organization to develop knowledge and capacity of women, specifically for social and political leadership roles, from grassroots to national level.
3. Capability to effectively conduct national and international policy advocacy campaigns for women’s rights by mobilizing various national and international networks.
4. Ability to conduct research on women’s political, social, cultural and economic issues while effectively disseminating research finding to concerned stakeholders for advocating progressive policy changes.
5. Experience of working in various national and international networks that deal with women issues for effective movement building and advocacy efforts.
6. Experience of working in addressing the impacts of contemporary issues such as Climate Justice, Food Security, Environmental Degradation, Tax Justice, Disaster Management from women’s perspective.
7. Experience in providing psychosocial counselling to women to build awareness and resilience on challenges that arise from mental health.
8. Experience in conducting gender issues-based awareness programs for women of all age groups and identities.
9. Experience in working and collaborating with women leaders from all major national political parties, elected women representatives in all tiers of the government, women from cooperatives etc.
10. Experience of working at the regional South Asian level through collaboration with multiple regional networks on various thematic issues concerning women.
