One day Refresher Training on “Participatory Local Level Planning ( PLLP) and Budget effective Implementation”  has been accomplished under World’s Project. The program was carried out on 31st August 2018 Kailari Rural Municipality whereas in Gauriganga Municipality on 3rd September 2018. The financial support was provided by DCA.

The training was organized with the objective of experience sharing on participatory local level planning and to discuss the role of elected members for effective implementation of policy and program. A total number of 120  participants participated in the program including Kailari rural municipality and Gaurigana Municipality.In kailari total 60 number of elected representatives were present, including Chair Person Mr. Lajuram Chaudhary, Deputy Chair Head – Ms. Laxmi Satgauwa Tharu, Chief Executive Officer- Mr. Dharmananda Bhatta, and Ward Chairs of 9 wards including all ward members ( Dalit Women Member & Women Member)  participated. In Gauriganaga Municipality total 60 number of elected representatives were present, including Mayor- Mr. Bhim Bahadur Dewba, Chief Executive Officer- Mr. Bir Bahadur Shahi, Ward Chair Person including all ward members ( Dalit Women Member & Women Member)  of all wards participated.

Mr. Rajendra Pyakurel facilitated about the local level planning process to the forum. Similarly, Mayor of Gauriganga Municipality and Chair Person of Kailari Rural Municipality also worked as guest facilitators and shared their own experience on budget formulation and planning process as well during the training, discussion or facilitation were focused on 111 questionnaires prepared by Mr. Pyakurel on behalf of Rural Municipal Association to analyze local government itself which covers all the working dimension of local government focusing on the effective monitoring mechanism for effective implementation.
